KIT HIRE TERMS
Full payment is due prior to pick up. Cash, direct debit or credit card (via Stripe) currently accepted.
Kit collection & return is available from Northmead, NSW. Free local delivery/pick up within a 5km radius.
Delivery outside this can be arranged for an additional $10 (up to 20km). Additional distances on request.
Hire price includes 3-day hire (party eve, event day, drop off before 12noon day after event).
Extensions available for $15 per 24-hour period.
Price includes cleaning & sanitation, and compost removal and disposal.
Any breakages, damaged, or missing items will be charged at $2 per item.
Compost is disposed of via the Share Waste network.
2023 - Following the collapse of REDcycle, our soft plastics collections are currently on hold.
Items in kits are sourced from second-hand sources.
Any brand new items purchased are chosen for their ethical and sustainable properties.
Items may differ slightly from descriptions and imagery. TSO endeavours to be as transparent as possible if there are any foreseen discrepancies.
TSO values the health and safety of you and all your guests. We have trained with The Australian Institute of Food Safety and maintain the event industry's best practice standards.
CONSULTANCY TERMS
TSO staff have Event Management, Sustainability Practice and Food Safety qualifications.
Event management & consultancy services are customised to best suit your event, needs and budget.
Payment terms are per the prepared agreement.

SHIPPING
We aim to ship your product/s promptly and in the most economical and eco-friendly way. Products are shipped nationally from Sydney, NSW. We use the Australia Post and/or Sendle network. If buying a digital product, your product will be emailed directly to you. Check your junk or promotions folder if you have not received it. If you have any issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS
Not happy with your purchase? That's not the aim of the game so please get in touch and let us know why! We'll most likely be able to offer you a full refund or exchange (less the postage price).
