The brief read: A wedding, but with music festival vibes!
For their special day, Kat and Mick wanted to create a weekend event that celebrated the unique elements of their personalities and relationship, while bringing together over 100 friends and family from all over the globe.
We worked closely together to create a customised Event Concierge package that included initial planning and sustainability guidance, checklists and supplier suggestions, plus on-the-day event management.
A customised package ensured they were able to do the bulk of the planning themselves but not get too overwhelmed in the process, whilst also keeping their budget in check.
Held in the stunning Glenworth Valley on NSW's Central Coast, the weekend wedding festival featured a large communal tipi and fireplace, live music entertainment from funk band Pezcobar, local catering and a self-service bar. Accommodation was a mix of glamping and DIY camping, plus a shuttle bus was arranged for guests staying in nearby hotels.
Easily the most fun of 2024!
